We ship worldwide from Bac Ninh, Vietnam via tracked express courier (DHL or FedEx).

• Processing: 1–3 business days. Custom-color or made-to-order pieces may take 5–10 days — we'll confirm by email.
• USA & Canada: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• UK & Europe: 4–7 business days.
• Australia & Asia: 3–6 business days.
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days.

Tracking is sent by email the moment your parcel ships. Import duties or taxes (if any) are the buyer's responsibility — they vary by country.

Returns & exchanges

Because hair is a hygiene product, we accept returns only on items that are unopened, unworn, and in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
• Custom-color, custom-length, and clearance items are final sale.

If something arrives damaged

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you — no quibble. Quality is on us.

Care guide

Treated well, our hair lasts 1–3+ years.

• Wash gently with sulfate-free shampoo every 2–3 weeks (or after 8–10 wears).
• Always condition mid-lengths and ends — never the wefts.
• Air-dry when possible. Use heat protectant before any styling tools.
• Store wigs on a stand; store bundles loosely braided in their pouch.
• Hair can be dyed darker safely. Lightening is possible but should be done by a professional.
