By using hanoisilk.co or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.
2. Products
We sell 100% Vietnamese human hair — bundles, wigs, clip-ins, and accessories. Because hair is a natural product, color, texture, and length may vary slightly from photos. We do our best to represent every product accurately.
3. Orders & payment
All prices are in USD unless noted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (fraud, pricing errors, stock issues) and will refund you in full if we do. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.

5. Intellectual property
All site content — photography, copy, logo, and design — belongs to Hanoi Silk Co. Please don't reuse it without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanoi Silk Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or this site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
